1. Ordering & Delivery

  • Order Placement: Orders can be placed via call, WhatsApp, or in person. Kindly place orders at least 24 hours in advance for timely delivery.

  • Delivery Timings: Deliveries are made daily between 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Urgent orders are subject to availability.

  • Minimum Order Value: A minimum order value may apply depending on your delivery area.

 

2. Payments

  • Payment Methods: We accept UPI, bank transfers, and cash.

  • Payment Due Dates: Payment is expected within the credit period agreed upon with Urban Sabzi.

  • Follow-Ups: Our team may follow up if payments are delayed beyond the due date. Consistent delays may affect future credit eligibility.

 

3. Returns & Replacements

  • Fresh Produce: Please inspect your order upon delivery. If any item is found spoiled or damaged, inform us within 12 hours of delivery for replacement or credit.

  • Non-Perishable Goods: Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery if the product is unopened and in its original condition.

 

4. Customer Responsibility

  • Please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the time of delivery.

  • Notify us in advance in case of holidays, schedule changes, or temporary suspension of deliveries.

 

5. Privacy & Safety

  • We respect your privacy and handle all customer data with care. Your contact details, address, and payment information are never shared with third parties.

  • All communication is handled directly by our trusted team.

  • We ensure that our delivery process is safe and respectful of your space and time.

 

6. Wholesale Enquiries
